CORPORATE STRUCTURE

Franken Construction Company has been in business as a General Contractor for sixty (60) years.  It was incorporated in 1967 under the business name, Steve Franken Construction Company, Inc., and this name was used for thirty-one (31) years.  In March, 1998, the business was amended and has since been operating under the name, Franken Construction Company, Inc.
